I don't really have one source, but I get most of mine from http://www.uniwatchblog.com/. Usually once a week or so he posts pretty high res old school pictures, and I usually find something cool out of there. I remember him posting a site at one time but I can't remember what it was, but I'm sure he'll say it again at some point. As far as resolution goes, it really depends.
