I have more points than I know what to do with....
Plus... on a more serious note.... I like to do it because I think that it sends the right message to my daughters that they don't have to accept being treated like anything less than a Princess.Listen to The Remodeling Clay Podcast!

Re: flowers for valentines day
My lady loves roses so that's what she gets every year! Nice and easy for me...
Of course, I still have to plan the dinner, movie and all that other stuff that she likes to do, but that's also not too difficult. I actually don't mind spending the extra cash on her. Afterall, this is the person who bought me an authentic Troy Polamalu jersey this year for Xmas.....that's $275. I just wanted a regular jersery, but she went all out. Can't complain about that!!Comment

Originally posted by SkerikThe one with the chocolates is nicer, imo. Unless you're dating a real chunkster, in which case, go with the dog.
I just figure should I go with the more tradition nice looking flowers or the short mix flowers inside a fence like vase with a stuffed animal dog...basically go for romantic or cute.Comment

Re: flowers for valentines day
I usually prefer cute, but the flowers are more....classy, I guess. Plus, I love my wife, but hell if I'm buying her some kind of cuddly wuddly stuffed animal. You can buy flowers and still retain your dignity. Stuffed animals, however....all bets are off.
Btw, don't think we haven't noticed your attempt to circumnavigate the TOS and turn this into one of your "girl advice" threads that always get deleted.Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.
