Well, since the FDA has banned it, I guess I'll stay away from it. It's probably not a good idea.

And pk.. it's definately not worth it for me to risk those things... As per your suggestion of exercise, red bull, coffee, etc... I exercise daily, but always still feel sluggish. Red bull makes me absolutely sick, and I can't drink coffee due to an allergy, lol.

I'm just looking for a viable alternative I guess. But it sounds like this stuff is not what I'm looking for.

What about HydroxyCut and stuff like that... does it give energy and help promote fat loss, speed up your metabolism?

So, if you want to risk a stroke or heart attack, keep taking the stuff. I'd rather rely on Red Bull, coffee, exercise or fresh air myself.

Actually what im taking is Mega MEn Sport Dietary supplement, its performance formula for active men ehanced with BCAA 50 mg Vitagmin B Complex.

It works well to take it in the morning for energy, then when i work out i have my creatine works much better than those other things IMO.

I'll try to check into those. Do they give you some pretty good energy? Thats really what I'm after. That, and helping to burn fat and reduce water I guess is a plus.

You're a young cat, right? I find it odd that you exercise daily and still need supplements to boost your energy levels.

When is the last time you had a physical with a blood test? Sounds to me like you could have anemia or your white blood count is low if you're young, exercise and still are sluggish.

Do you eat a balanced diet, avoiding junk food and fast food, and get a decent amount of sleep per night? Caffeine and/or supplements can't replace sleep, man. I know from experience.

PK, I just turned 24 the other day. I do exercise daily, but still, I'm always sluggish. I haven't had a blood test for quite some time, probably around 6-8 years ago or thereabouts. Well, more like 4-5 years.

Diet... I have cut out all junk food, other than the occasional Hershey Bar (Maybe one every two months). Sleep... I get around 7-8 hours a night. I appreciate the concern... I just hope it's nothing major that I'm overlooking.

Good luck, man. Just seems weird at that age that you live a clean, healthy lifestyle and still are tired.

I get tired sometimes, too, but I'm 40 and have three kids!

Thanks PK... I'm thinking that I should get checked out sometime soon, just in case. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, nothing... I shouldn't be so sluggish.

When you go to take the test, disclose what you are taking and you should be ok.

It's for a Youth Worker II position. It's a state position that pays fairly decent, and has excellent benefits. That's why I'm worried. I just don't want to mess this up. It's a great job to have while I'm in school, and the chance for advancement is limitless pretty much.

I guess all and all I'm quitting taking this stuff. Hopefully I can find something else. Should I still disclose that I used this stuff? The drug test probably won't be until next week (later in the week).

I would just take it with me to the test and show them and write it on the form, I would think it would be fine.

The Sale of some types Ephedra is banned, However it is not illegal to consume it. There's a big difference. You have nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure if you're just filling out a form or filling out a form and also being questioned in person.

Either way I would still mention it. I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem anyway and I would be upfront about it. It's not like you've been using coke.
