It took 28 years and 10 living in dorm rooms, apartments, etc.

But I FINALLY have my own crib. 2000 square feet on a golf course. Can't wait.

$1000 annual membership dues...which isn't bad for a year of free golf in my own backyard. Nice course too.

Clubhouse with a nice pool is a plus.

I had it built. Brand new.

But hell...I've spent more money on friggin' furniture, paint, etc. than I did on the damn house.

The Surround Sound guy is coming in literally an hour after I close to install my surround sound and set up my Direct TV.

Of course that took precedence over things such as furniture, food, etc.

It's in Timberline...Golf Community about 20 min. outside of Hoover. Between Alabaster and Calera.
