I like getting drunk, but just not doing it often. REALLY not often.

But that's just me. I need to keep my fitness level high cause after College, I want to try out for the Football team at Concordia University.

This is a tad off topic but I do not understand your post. Why are you going to try out for the college football team after you are out of college?

Gets cought for the drinking
Breaks up with his girlfriend
Today isnt his courtdate..it was yesterday

I grew up in CT as well, I saw more 16 year olds getting bombed than I could believe. And most of them are f'd in the head for it now, years later.

Times have really changed. 10 years ago kids would drink but they were more responsible. The kid nowadays drink earlier and they drink more hard stuff. They are not getting buzzed and tipsy, they are getting wasted.

Yea most of my buds drink, and I'll go to all the parties, but I'm not really into the drinking thing. Last party I went to I had half a beer and a sip of Jagermeister, and neither have an appeal to me. That's more or less the most you will see me drinking anyways. Always fun to be around drunk friends though Just keep them responsible, few things hurt a community as much as drunk driving incidents.

This is a tad off topic but I do not understand your post. Why are you going to try out for the college football team after you are out of college?

The school system in Quebec is different than in the US.

I'm in Cegep which can also be known as 'College". Then we have normal Universities like you guys have.

Cegep is just a bridge towards University. See, our High Schools only have 5 grades. You guys have 6. Cegep is a hybrid of the 6th year you guys get and University. It's like this for everywhere in this Province.

Does that explain it???

I'm sorry but you're being a little overdramatic. Death in immediate family, a wife taking your kid, actually being sentenced to prison, getting raped, assualted, robbed, getting fired from your job, and several other things are worse than all of those things combined.

A friend I had in HS had his bride to be leave him (while taking most of his stuff and his car) and run away with some guy and he was sentenced for 18 months for assualting that guy (it happened earlier) in the same week. I think that's slightly worse.

10 years ago when I was in HS, four people died in alcohol related car accidents in three years, including one of my close friends. Kids were definitely unresponsible back then, and there was plenty of hard booze going down their throats. I'd bet about 65-70% of the kids I knew in HS drank rum or vodka, not beer.

Definitely. I drank primarily hard stuff until I got to college. It was easier to get, easier to conceal and you didnt have to drink as much to get hammered. A $20 bottle of booze goes a lot further than a 30 pack.

Not that much. The recomended or average or whatever sentence was 6 months, but the judge had to triple it for fun
