That just means they dont have enough game to properly court a female by themselves. So they make you look bad to make them look like a better catch. Those type of guys, stay far away from when it comes to netting ladies.
I'm like the ultimate set up guy, a playmaker if you will. If I know your weaknesses when it comes to the opposite sex(and we all have weaknesses) I have this uncanny sense at knowing when you're struggling and I can usually set a good tempo for you. Find your comfort zone and work from there. At times I can even make myself look bad to make you look good but I'm a master at wit so I can always recover before the female(s) even find anything negative out of my comment. Plus I never try to 1 up you throughout the date or scenario. If I do sense I'm 1 upping you, I'd shift the focus to your side and hope that you can carry the torch.
I've hung with alot of seemingly ugly dudes... well, if you got the confidence, looks dont even matter. Not tryna sound concieted or anything but I know I aint ugly. But back in the day I had no choice but to 1 up them because they always let me run with it. I got sick of it and now I try to build the confidence of others. I'd rather have a guy who has just as much or more game than I do and we can play off eachother. My cousin and I can do the unthinkable sometimes and it led to a very fun past summer.
But check it though, dudes who like to embarass you aren't real friends IMO. You may have some good times playing games, sports or whatever but if they dont have your back when it comes to getting some cooch, then they could honestly care less about you. Females have mastered the art of looking out for eachother and that why they usually are successful getting what they want. There are certain situations when the rules dont apply which can lead to competition and cockblocking in both males and females but for the most part, the better man is the one who lets his buddy win IMO.
