Yea, but man is that really fair to say at this point? She clearly had this guy set up before she broke up with me so shes in a completly different situation.

I mean I get your point and its irrelevant what I think, say or do...the fact is I need to move on, I know this, but it doesnt mean I cant be depressed for a little while. Im going to get over this in time. I dont have someone to just easily fall back on like she did. Whats killing me is all the habbits me and her used to have. Now im stuck trying to scramble and find stuff to do, while shes continuing our habbits with someone else.

If she e-mails you, ignore it. If she texts you, ignore it. If she tries to contact you, ignore it.

She mvoed on from you, man, and as hard as it's going to be you have to stop talking to her completely. You can be depressed, you can feel bad for yourself, but if you keep talking to her you're never going to get better - so the first step is to cut all communication, no matter how little, with her.

Yeah, and the way I bowl doesn't help either. I basically throw it with extreme power, so it's really sore right behind the elbow. I plan to take the next couple of days off, and get back on Monday and shoot around. Hopefully it'll be okay.

Yep... cut all ties as quickly as possible. I recently had to do that as well, and I feel 1,000 times better. It hurts man... trust me... but it gets better much more quickly if you cut the ties. When you stop replying to her, it's going to eat at her as well... I've found this to be true in the past weeks.

Nothing good will come out of still talking to this girl... I guarantee it. Cut it loose, and have fun man. I'm not the type of guy to go out and get a rebound girl, etc... but just going out and having a good time, I found that quite possibly, it helps, lol...

She's a bitch. Simple as that. She's acting like a ****ing 10 year old girl. She's either making this entire thing up to make herself feel better (because seriously, I almost don't believe a thing she says) or she's just a ****ing ******. Something is wrong with her head.

You're better than that. You gave your all and in the end, you got nothing. I know it's hard to move on, but you have to. I mean, take a look back and see how she's treating you? Just remember that, and that will help you move on.

Besides, karma is a HUGE bitch. It'll get to her one day, and it won't be pretty.

Imagine 10 years from now, you're completely happy with a new girl, potentially your wife, while she's still miserible and acting like a 10 year old, never settling down and unable to have a relationship.

Then who wins? You. Just keep your head up, and avoid all contact with her.
