yea thats true, I have some time slots I can fit working out in, I just have to get motivated for it and not use working 9-5, then school 6-10 as an excuse not to work out at 1030. Anyway, I was reading reviews of stacker 2 and 3 and after reading about some side effects, its better to stay away.

Re: diet pills
I know I know, everyones going to say get off my butt and work out and eat right, but im looking for some types and hints on if I should or how I should approach taking any type of diet pills. I have a hard time finding time to work out since I work 9-5 mon-fri, have school 6-10 on tues, wed, thurs, and then im with my girlfriend monday, fri and saturday nights. Anyway, im about 160 right now (im 5'8) and I want to get back down to 147ish.
In high school I was all the way up to 175, but lost 35 pounds and got to 145 in about 8 months (by using a tredmill and eating healthy) but that was 2 years ago. I dont have the tredmill anymore and since ive been with my girlfriend (year and a half) its been constant eating out and have gone back to a lot of lazyness. Now in that year and a half ive went from 147 back to right now which is my highest since high school between 160-163 depending on when i weight myself.
When I hit the scale last night and saw 163 it hit that motivation nurve. The one that says, oh crap, and that im going to diet starting today until I get back comfortbale with my weight. I am curious though if its alright to take some sort of fat burner along with a healthy diet, but minimal exersize for now. Im planning on running about 1-2 miles 3 nights a week, and even that isnt much, and still not guarenteed."Good music transcends all physical limits, it's more then something you hear, it's something that you feel, when the author, experience, and passion is real" - Murs (And this is for)Comment

Re: diet pills
Yea, my orignal thought was that I dont have tons of time to work out, so I was trying to see if dieting along with taking diet pills would still be effective if I was only able to work out on a NON regular basis. After reading thoughts from here and reviews of diet pills from other websits I realize now its best not to even start with them. IM just going to try and somehow motivate myself to work out more despite tiredness (from long days), and im going to try to pre plan meals because when I diet I always run into the problem of not knowing what to eat. From there I just end up searching through the fridge for the "healthiest" thing rather than having it planned, and it usually turns out theres nothing.Comment

Throw 2000 calories a week in exercise in and your losing more then a 1.5 lbs a week.Last edited by USF11; 09-14-2006, 05:36 PM."Good music transcends all physical limits, it's more then something you hear, it's something that you feel, when the author, experience, and passion is real" - Murs (And this is for)Comment
