      Glad I could help!

It's pretty funny because almost everyone looks at the Break-In on paper and is like, "Screw that, it looks way too easy. I'm not even going to waste my time with it."

Then people do it and have your reaction. It's great!

Yeah that is pretty little, but not that bad you will probably still grow a little. I have a friend that is 5'4'' and 130. He is really little. I am 6'0'' 195, but I was 5'0'' in HighSchool.

Wow that is pretty tall, are you skinny? 208 seems kinda of skinny for 6'4''.

I'm 6'4" 204lbs.. so Kash and I probably have the same lean athletic build. I'm long and lanky... you say skinny, I say lean, lol.

Yeah that is pretty skinny, but OK lean it is! I kid that is a good size, you should try to get to 220 or 225, especially if you are going to be a cop, just gives you more strength.

Yeah, when I started, I was right around 178... so in 7 months, I've been able to add quite a bit.. but I'm still working at it. It's just getting increasingly harder.

And :y4: @ Kredit... that was on some show the other day, thought it was hilarious. Definitely sig worthy.

Yeah that happens you hit a max. It will get harder, but the older you get it will be easier to put weight on.

If I was able to put some mass back on my legs, I'd be much better off. I'm working with my old physical therapist about putting some muscle back on my thighs. Every since my knee surgeries, I haven't really been able to add anything. That'll put me up to around 210-215 I think, as literally, my legs are none existant. I mean, they aren't marathon runner legs, lol, but they still aren't nearly like they were before surgery.

I'm going to have to "retrain" my legs to build muscle, or so he says. Hopefully I can do so before the academy.

Yeah a lot of my weight were on my legs. I blow out my knee and they gave me a steriod, so my legs got ripped. Now they are about nomal, still pretty big, but not like they were. IF you can put some weight on your legs you would be a lot bigger. Just be careful of your knees. My friend was a cop and he blow out his knee catching a bad guy.

What are some ways I could increase the size of my bi's and tri's?

Im hoping to eventually reach 20 inches, a long term goal I should say.

                            Currently at 13 inches around.

And any boxing workout routines any of you could suggest? I know that they are the most spartan of all workout routines so Im kind of interested to see what they have to offer.

Good luck with that goal. They will take awhile. 20 is pretty big and to me it looks weird when your arms are that big, go for a 17 or 18. They will look better with your size and frame.

I realize that. But keep in mind, Im only 16 and I have some room to grow. So when i max out my growth 20 will look really good.

And its not like the rest of my body is a twig either. I swim so that my lower body and my midsection are already big to go along with upper body and arms.
