will, the chicken in a can is actually quite good. i get swanson i think is the brand name. it can be dry but if i am real hungry and need a quick shot of protein, i'll eat it from the can. it is also good in a salad. we use it to make chicken salad sandwiches too.

I don't know if it's bad but I do it all the time. It's a great fat burner.Comment

Screw the chicken in the can. The new flavored Starkist Tuna packs are DA BOMB!!
I like the Sweet and Spicty flavor myself!AUBURN TIGERS

Easily the worst thing at work is making Tuna Salad, which requires tuna and mayo maybe my 2 most despised foods ever.Comment

Re: For all you guys wanting to gain muscle, size, etc.
I'm interested in losing some of the flab from when I was fat (was 202lb when I was 13, lost about 50lb in a year). Mainly around the chest and arms. I used to have bigger tits than some of the chicks in my grade, it was horrible. Unfortunately, some of that fat still remains on my chest and arms, even though I'm now 6'0 and about 175.
I can't afford a gym membership right now, and quite honestly, in Los Angeles it's absolutely impossible to drive two miles to a gym every day.
So, are there any "home" remedies for my problem?Comment

What are dips? I'm even less experienced than a beginner when it comes to working out stuff.Comment

Depending on you position your back (straight or parrallel to the ground) you can work your chest or tris.Comment

Honestly man, I'd go out and get some dumbells... I have some nice equipment in my apartment, but I've noticed the most gains, especially in toning/cutting, with my dumbell workouts. Just get some from wherever, and find a good workout online. It's relatively easy and inexpensive.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: For all you guys wanting to gain muscle, size, etc.
Thanks for the tips, guys. Now the only problem is having enough space in my room for that stuff. My room is VERY small, more like an office than a room. I'll see what I can get done though. There's no excuses.
For the dips, is there a way I can get something like that in the home without having to get a full-on exercise machine?Comment

Re: For all you guys wanting to gain muscle, size, etc.
Just use a chair. Put your hands on the front edge of the chair and put your feet straight out and sit them on your bed or another chair. Your hands are behind you rather than beside you but its a similar exercise that obviously requires no money to do.Comment

Dumbells are how I started as well... there is a LOT you can do. I've posted this link in the past, and it's GREAT. Just click on the bodypart you want to work and you get a full list of workouts. They have it broken out by machine, dumbell, etc as well... VERY useful:

As for the canned chicken, the brand I get is Kirkland Signature. I'm not crazy about the salty seasoning they put in there... but like I mentioned, a quick rinse with water takes care of it. I either just eat it alone or put it in a variety of things... salad, a sandwhich, pasta, etc. I'm lucky to have a job where I can just whip it out and scarf it down whenever I want. Half a can in the morning, and half in the afternoon!LET'S GO FLYERS, YANKEES, DOLPHINS!!!Comment
