I have no idea what I even did to bring this on, but whatever it is she is unhappy with me.

So, I just fell back into my crap for a little bit. It has been a little off & on this past week & half. I had a few ok days, a few bad days, and then I had a strech of like 4 good days. Tonight was another issue. It just all built up today and I just slipped back into that zone, and frankly I get more scared each time I go into that zone because I know what's going on but I can't stop it. But I went to a counseling session last week and I have another one this week, so I am working on this slowly but surely. I know its gonna take a month or two to see results, but I just have to stick with it and set things to look forward to (ie Breaking Benjamin concert on Feb. 9th)
Hang in there man, it will all get better. I don't know if this even helps at all but if I'm ever feeling down in the dumps, a lot of times I just think about the future and the happy times I'll endure by getting married/having kids and everything starts to look a whole lot better. So when times are rough, try to think about positive and happy things. As cliche as it may sound. I'm also not a doctor, so I may not know what I'm talking about
