Just off the top of my head...

V for Vendetta - The final scene of the movie where Parliament is demolished with the climax of 1812 Overture plays.

The Protector - The warehouse fight. Awesome stuff.

Casino Royale - The foot chase at the beginning of the movie.

Batman Begins - The Tumbler chase.

Bubba Ho-Tep - Elvis fights a scarab beetle. One of the funniest, coolest fights I have ever seen.

The Bourne Supremacy - I could pick two or three from the Bourne movies, but one of the coolest scenes ever is the fight scene in the flat/apartment where Bourne used a rolled up magazine to smack the **** out of the other guy.

I really liked the scene in Kung Fu Hustle when the village heroes and landlords go against the blind string players.

Old Boy - The fight scene in the narrow hallway 1 vs 20 gangsters. one of the best fight scenes of all time in any movie.

The bottom of the 9th from "Major League" (it gives me goosebumps and a smile every time as an Indians fan)

The "Ronin" car chase scene.

Superman and the airplane in "Superman Returns".

Hummer/Ferrari chase in "The Rock".

Final sequence in "The Devil's Rejects" Best use of Freebird ever.

Taking the zombie baby to the park in "Dead Alive".
