TIm: I just went back through some of the posts here, you did mention Eight o'Clock Coffee is available in whole bean. I'll ask about that next time I go to Target. For me,there is enough difference in whole bean vs ground bean coffee to warrant a purchase or not.

Re: Coffee break!
Yup Wal-Mart has the EOC Beans. Also if you have a publix in your area, They have them. Regular eoc is ok but the columbian is what I'm drinking.Comment

Re: Coffee break!
Haven't heard of Publix. But,I'm pretty sure that I'd rather have columbian than a regular mix. Matter of fact,I just went down to Starbuck's and picked up some espresso roast(bagged) and a hot cup of Verona. I have to drink the STRONG stuff every now and then. I'll check Walmart this weekend.ByurrulzIdon'tfollowComment

Re: Coffee break!
I usually get a special blend from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf called Mirage. It incorporated 3 different beans: moca java, viennese and columbian. It's pretty tasty. I always grind my own beans and use a press every morning (well, afternoon because I don't get home from work until 4am) when I wake up!
I've been on an iced coffee kick lately...Comment

Re: Coffee break!
My favorite go-to is Guatemala Antigua from Starbucks. It has a charm, taste, and personality all of it's own. Not to bitter, not too light-with a ton of flavor if grinded right for your coffee pot. Kona coffee from Hawaii is VERY expensive at any Barista, but if it is fresh it has an almost tea-like flavor to it like you mentioned. Kinda hard to describe, very unusal-but in a good way. I've never had Jamacian coffee before, but will check that out. I do prefer beans from Latin America overall. I stay away from anything not whole bean or freeze dried though. My vote overall goes to Starbucks, then a brand from WinCo. that they sell in the deli. Can't remember the name right now. The Kona and Columbian Supreme are very tasty and are inexpensive.ByurrulzIdon'tfollowComment
