I was about a year away from an accounting degree and got so sick of it I dropped out of school. Came back and took a ton of summer school and graduated with criminal justice instead.

Started 1979 at SUNY at Stony Brook -dropped out
Returned part time and graduated from Adelphi in 1990 with a BS in Business Management.

Graduated Brooklyn Law School in 1997.

Graduated from Davenport University earlier this month with a bachelor's degree in computer and information security. It looks like I will not be working in my chosen field. I am stuck in the old catch 22 of places not wanting to hire you because you lack experience, but how can you get experience if no one will give you a chance.

The computer field is getting harder and harder to get into now a days also. I would like to get a job as a claims adjuster for an insurance company. I interviewed for a position a few years back and the lady who interviewed me (find out during the interview they wanted to hire me as an insurance agent since I already had my license) that with Statefarm you have to hold a bachelor's degree. I figured why not try and get that job now that I have one.
