Does anyone have any current information on sweatshop practices of these companies and how do you guys deal with this issue? Do you take any action or do you just buy without really thinking about it?

Someone has too much time on there hands. I buy whatever shoe gives me an edge over my competition, and I have NEVER thought about the people making them.

That's not the only problem with illegal immigrants. Read up a bit if you want to learn your facts.

I, for one, would work in the 'burning sun' if they paid halfway decent.

Anyways, I don't give two hoots about who makes the shoes and in what country. Not my problem to go changing the world and other countries.

I've heard Nike/Adidas have made improvements although they don't really go checking all their factories, only when pressured. Also the economies are different there so I can kinda understand. But I still think shoes are overpriced here!

If you install a fan it's no longer a sweatshop.
