Vitamin Water

I've seen this around a lot recently and I'm not sure exactly what it does. Is it like gatorade where it just rehydrates you or can this stuff actually help you after workouts and such?

Nah, it's not a sports drink I don't think, it's more like flavored water with antioxidants and whatnot.

IMHO, it tastes like river water downstream from a herd of buffalo, but that might just be me.

It's actually pretty good.. I buy it sometimes after playing ball, dunno exactly what it does though. It's called Vitamin water... So it must be good for you...

I've tried it. It's pretty good.

I mean, LT drinks it. Urlacher drinks it. If those guys drink it it must be good.

Apparently a bottle of it gives you 50% of the daily recommended amounts out most major vitamins. I've had Formula 50 (Grape) and Power-C (Dragonfruit), and I thought both were pretty good. It's a little expensive though at $1.99 a bottle.

It gives you vitamins.

It is not a sports drink, and is not Gatorade. It's simple water that has vitamins in it.

Lemon Line, Lemonade and Orange are the only ones I'll drink. The rest taste horrible.

I like the Sobe Life Water. They had a sample of it at Sam's a few weeks ago, and I ended up buying a case.

It's pretty damn refreshing when ice cold, and is great when I'm playing hoops. Blackberry & Grape FTW!

I agree, I think that this stuff tastes like you drank from the wrong end of the water purification plants.

There is one flavor that i can choke down, if I remember right (they used to sell this in our school cafeteria.)

Well I read this a week or so ago. 50 owns 10% of vitamin water and they just sold to coke a cola for 4.1 billion. So "fiddy' just made 400 million. I really like to drink that stuff, but I got sick of pating almost $2 for it. It is good, i hope coke doesn't ruin the product.
