Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

Had stuff delivered recently. Yesterday the package was delivered and left here. Today they came but decided not to drop it off but instead hold onto it and make me have to go pick it up at post office. They say leave screen door unlocked for them to put it there, which is what happened yesterday, but today they just randomly decided to not do that. It's continuation of same order as yesterday, same size item too so don't know why they suddenly want to just do that.

When you start playing which leaf is the turd under is when it's time to get out the blower.

Whenever I have to use the students' restroom instead of the staff restroom during passing periods, I am in horror. Shades of VTPack's K-Mart story come to me.

wait lol, are you saying you destroy the students bathroom or you encounter an already destroyed situation? because for some weird reason I was cracking up when I read your post, just the idea that you might go to the kids' bathroom and just obliterate it because you've had to hold everything in all day while teaching

Haha when I go in there, a crime has already been committed.

Not that staff bathrooms are perfect either, but since they are so few and far between, they are often occupied during passing period so I'll have to jump into the student bathroom. Thankfully it's never a scenario where I don't have to enter the stall (I mean sometimes I do because the urinals are taken, but only for urinal-like business).

Thankfully my body has gotten pretty good at going during the big breaks (before/after school, lunch, brunch, and prep period).

We weren't, but that is my tie-in. You tell a sanitation engineer about "garbage" even in the figurative sense, and you know what their mind will go straight to.
