Yeah, the one Light right before I pull into my work place is always Red when I get there, and it stays Green for like 3 minutes for the opposite way in the morning when there's absolutely no one... and it goes Green for like 10 seconds in the way I want to go, and then back to Red.

Its been interesting going to work through downtown every morning. Its not a big city by any means, but the traffic lights create more traffic. I was rolling towards one this morning that was green and about 3 car lenghts before I get there it turns red. There are no cars at the intersection. Not to mention about 90% of the traffic lights here have the "no turn on red" sign.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

I'm guilty of the ellipses. I try not to do it as much, but still catch myself too often. Its only on forums and texts though, as I avoid their usage in emails for some odd reason.

When the edges of the picture are cut off no matter what aspect ratio I set my TV screen to. For the Cotton Bowl on Fox I know that Arkansas has 26 points and I know how far the team with the ball has to go for a first down, but I don't know what down it is and I don't know how many points Kansas St. has.

That happened to me two some days ago on NBA TV, it was very annoying trying to remember how was the score when I couldn't see how many points one team had.

People who think your weight and/or body type is your value as a person. As a fat guy I always get a kick out of people that are shocked to hear I played 2 (almost 3) sports in high school. Yes, I can run to somewhere other than a buffet.

It was someone's senior engineering project up here to do a traffic study and synch up the lights, not only for the best traffic flow, but also with sensors so that they change when appropriate. Man, I hope that guy is making huge money somewhere because he's a modern-day genius. The busiest roads are smooth sailing compared to some places I've been.

Peoples' seemingly inability to drive when there's a little bit of snow on the road. I like when it takes me an hour to get home from a job that's 15 minutes from my house.
