Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
People who come into forums saying EA bashers always come out around this time of the year and they go out of their way to defend any and every little thing EA does in every thread.
Kind of ironic, considering they themselves ONLY be in the same forums around this time of the year. Once the games come out, you don't ever see them in the forums for the rest of the year. But every year come May and June they be in there on their I'm high and mighty horse, saying the same crap.
I be looking at them like, wait a minute, how are you going to talk about other people, when you yourself don't ever post in this forum unless it is May and June. It is like people like to argue just to argue.
If you not going to buy the game or you will buy the game, why the hell do you constantly have to repeat yourself in every thread stating your views ?Comment

In that same vein, people who try to use the argument "it would be easy to implement, programmers are lazy" when in reality they have NO idea what we do/go through for their game.Support Local Sports

Mr. Thesaurus Guy.
No one is impressed because you all of a sudden started using perfect grammar and words no one has ever heard of in an online debate.Comment

It's not about impressing people. It's about articulating your thoughts properly.Comment

That is the case if they have been doing it all along. When you all of a sudden become a novelist it becomes an act. Using uncommon words does not help articulate a thought.Last edited by SuperBowlNachos; 05-28-2012, 01:58 AM.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
If they're using the words/grammar correctly, what is the problem? People learn new things every day, its silly not to implement them. Of course, if the guy is acting like a professor or Einstein then yeah, those people are annoying.

When my brother starts singing my part of the song on the radio. It seems like I have to ask him every time if he is going to be John or Paul, Roger or David. Pick one and stick with it.
He also thinks he needs to sing the song an octave lower even though he is able to sing the part as it is written.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
When people complain about working on Memorial Day.
I'm going to collect 12 hours of double time today and have to hear these people whine about it. Most of the people here have been working 6-7 days a week at 10-12 hours/day for about 6 weeks and now you're going to complain about working? I just don't understand people.
This isn't a minimum wage job either. These people are making anywhere from $40-70/hr.
I've missed almost every sporting event or game since the end of April and I really don't care because I'm making so much money working 70-85 hrs per week.
Anyway, I'm happy."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." SidVish"I thought LeBron James was just going to be another addition to help me score."
