I bet they don't, I bet Redbox just eats the charge unless they are smart enough to photograph disks as they are returned. Without a way to prove where the disk ended up, they won't know who to charge.

I wish. New York it's about $12 unless you take advantage of the one matinee showing for a new release. And if you're talking 3D or IMAX, you're paying close to $20 a ticket. This is why I hardly watch movies anymore.

Theater is too expensive and by the time they hit Blu Ray my excitement for the film has died and I forget about it.

What's nice, is that the Costco here has a deal where you can buy 2 movie vouchers for $16.99 and redeem them at the box office at the theater.

It's a hell of a lot better than paying $10 and up for a single ticket by itself.

Agreed on the animal cruelty. Every time I see or read about neglected/abused dogs it makes me sick to my stomach and very upset.

I can't stand it. Why do people have to treat animals like that and then think it's funny enough to post on the internet for everyone to see? And why the hell do people have to watch that stuff?

Can't prove they did it, you have situation where someone thought it would be clever to create a photocopy of the disk and replace it, could be the new renter, could have been the last renter, could have been an even prior renter if a subsequent renter just returned it after they discovered the ruse.

There is this one guy at the gym I go to who always parks his van crooked or at some screwed up angle and just gets out and leaves it like that.

Annoying.

I hate those people that think because they got a new car (normally this is with muscle cars, mustangs, chargers, etc..) and they take up 2 parking spots and park horizontally.

My keys would like to say hello to your new car.
