Yea seriously that's absolutely ridiculous. That judge must have no sympathy and just not really care about anything.

His lawyer couldn't argue against that? That's ridiculous.

He was only allowed to see his kids twice a week, due to the kids living with their mom during the school year. Well his ex-wife decided it'd be funny to move next-door to him in a different apartment (directly behind his apartment).

Now it gets nuts. Their kids would walk out back and play in the backyard. They would often walk into their father's backyard (backyards were connected), and then the guy's ex-wife took him to court saying he was disobeying the court order and visiting his kids more than the two days a week.

So they go to court, and as you can imagine, the judge tells the father he is forbidden to see the children other than his two days, and that if he contacted them again outside of those days, he'd end up in jail. Well, the guy ended up having to move out of his apartment, because his kids wouldn't stop coming over. Can you blame the kids though? They just wanted to see their father.

So now his kids are upset, because they think their father doesn't want to be with them. When in fact, it's their bitch of a mother that totally screwed their father over. It makes me sick that the Judge would rule this way. The guy moved into his apartment first, and then his wife followed him. But, because she's a woman, he is the one who has to move.

Edit: And the reason he can't see them more than those two days, is because they have school. His ex-wife stayed in their house, which was on the other side of town. And because the school was over there, the judge gave custody to the mother because she lived next to the school. Now what I don't understand is why this ruling was still intact when she moved right next door, meaning the school reason had no merit anymore.
That is so illogical that I'd like to believe there is more going on then you're saying. Then I remember you live in NY, where by pure genius of the law one can be elected as a Judge without having gone to law school. As such you have a bunch of Judges who are completely unequipped to handle their job duties, but through the stupidity of the state legislature a loophole the size of Texas is allowed to remain. That is all the more strange because NY has one of the hardest bar exams in America, perhaps the hardest. So whereas they make it difficult to become an attorney, any idiot who the townsfolk elect can become a judge.

To make Toledo a city businesses want to stay, we need to spruce up the city, by means of flowers. Toledo has a flower budget. I don't even want to spend the time to talk about all of the "signage" that was added "Toledo, a city with pride". Yes, that makes all the businesses flock to Toledo... oh wait... they are leaving.

Carty once had a spectacular event that is really awesome for a law abiding mayor. He was in his car, and noticed that a car was speeding. Carty then sped himself, running multiple red lights, and pulled over the car to tell them that they were speeding, and gave them a warning.

When Glenn Beck came to Toledo, on his radio show that morning he just spent the entire morning destroying Carty and some of his "great" ideas. Left or right, his ideas are often insane and more often than not, fail.
My town is to the point where it is beyond corrupt. Our school district is already running a deficit of $900,000 and we're only in February. The logical solution, fire necessary employees while keeping unnecessary employees. So in the end this burden will fall on the tax payer's shoulders, when in fact it is the result of tremendous negligence by those in charge. It is just a mess and has probably destroyed the value of my house which I am want to try and sell this summer.

I hate when people get drunk and want to show off for people. This dude tried to get in a fight with me and some people I was with at a party because he lost his wallet and for whatever reason thought that we stole it and made some big scene acting like he was gonna hit somebody. Then after that one of the guys I was with was talking to somebody and then this guy comes out of nowhere and asks why he's talking to his girl and all this other ****. What was funny though was that the girl told him to shut up and leave her alone.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

PSIs grind my gears. PSI stands for Personal Space Invader. For example, if you are by yourself on a couch, watching a basketball game, sitting on one side of the couch then somebody comes and decides to sit in the middle seat of the couch.

Another example, if you're in line waiting to purchase something and the person behind is like 6 inches behind you and bumps into you a few times.

Unless you're in a packed bus or something, there's space somewhere else besides right next to me so get the f**k away.

Come on now, you dont like those people who get right up in your face when they talk to you, and you dont know whether to punch them or kiss them. And I dont like it when someone trys to stand right over my shoulder and watch me do something.
