And even if he was grammatically correct, once all of society pronounces it one way, you can't storm in and correct everyone. He's like 10 years late.

I've missed so much class the past week. The thing about my college is that if we miss too many days, particular in a row, then we are kicked out of the class. So stupid. I can't help being sick.

I know this is way off topic, but the pronunciation of Giraffe always makes me laugh. One of my best friends (from college until now, even though I don't live in South Dakota anymore) is deaf, so some words to him were completely foreign and since they went against the hard and fast rules they would never be pronounced correctly.

Giraffe was one of the main ones. He would say "guh-raffy". Would also say "Oo-rinal" instead of urinal.

My little brother still does this with the words OS would censor. He's 15 and still feels like mom (my step-mom) would beat him silly if she somehow read our Steam conversations and saw that. That I can understand (though how I explain me going off and using every cuss word under the sun plus some more can never be done.)

It's just immature in the long run. I can forgive a young teen for doing it (I'm pretty sure I did it at some point) but if you're still doing it when you get older? Get that **** outta here.

lol ya. Or an even worse situation....When you get to class and find that majority of seats are taken,and you're forced to stand there and look around trying to find a seat(and everyone is awkwardly staring at you cause everyone always turns to the door anytime someone walks in)

On a somewhat related note....Class Participation. I come to class to learn and get all the information I wouldn't be able to get just from reading the textbook or the powerpoints. I DON'T come to class to hear about other peoples lives, or the teacher asking each student in the class to answer questions(and count it towards class participation grade).

Getting marks for attending class is also stupid. While it's an easy 10%(or however much attendance is worth), it's just stupid, cause it makes you feel that much worse when you miss class(if you're sick) cause you're losing marks just for not attending,when you know you'll feel horrible if you do attend class while sick. And waiting FOREVER to sign that attendance sheet cause everyone who signs it takes forever,and decides to talk to their friends halfway into signing the sheet

I'll add that it's annoying when someone sits in front of or next to you in a movie theater when there's tons of spots open. I know it's their right to get a nice seat, but if the theater's pretty empty I enjoy not having to worry about people around me doing stupid things (phones, talking, etc).
