Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Speaking of talking to teachers...It's still crazy to me just how much better it is talking to old teachers after graduating. You can hear them bash their students lol, and talk about when we were in their classes and hear their honest opinions on the classes as a whole. I even helped out some of those teachers(the good ones) by telling them what parts of the stuff they taught were actually helping me after high school, so did feel cool to get that opportunity(getting to go back and telling teachers what stuff they taught really was useful, since I know older people often do say how they wish they had opportunity to go back and tell someone how much they helped them). It sorta sucks realizing how cool some of these teachers are AFTER graduating.Comment

You know what really grinds my gears?
And if we did go over this, I forgot. I shouldn't have though, maybe the fact I'm getting random grey hairs since 13 and still at 15 is a sign... Nah... Must be genetics.

Yeah. Parents told me they started with that since that age, puberty literally made me look older in terms of hair color, yet i get grey hairs before I could even grow a full beard.
I always considered my hair to be pencil led grey rather than black.

Dude your hair is long as hell lol, on the plus side you'll probably be counted on to get beer for your buddies soon (if not already), not that I would ever encourage underage drinking, right TOS?Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

And Nah, I don't roll with people like that.
Besides this is the 21st century, people are already getting away with doing stupid things for the longest time.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
My close friend who I've known since 8th grade had a head full of gray hair when we were freshman in HS. One summer we didnt see him and first day of school it was like BAM, a Just for Men customer was born.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
And in my case, I look older than I am. Which can make things a bit hilarious when someone assumes I'm a friend's dad. That's happened 4 times that I can think of, including once with my GF.
I never thought I looked that old, or at least was never told I did, until a guy I worked with said he thought I was in my 30s when I was only 20. It was all downhill from there.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I've been getting plenty of grays lately. Nurse at the doctors office the other day thought I was under 20 though. I'm turning 26 in a couple weeks.Comment

I'd take grey hair over this thinning nonsense any day. A product of wearing baseball caps every day, I believe. Never thought it would happen to me.Alabama Crimson Tide

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I used to always pass for older than my age because I seem to be one of the few that can actually grow a beard. Most people can guess mid-20's for me.
Genetics should do some good for my hair, thankfully. My dad's father had a full head of hair when he died in his 70's and my dad didn't really start going gray until mid-40's.Comment
