My freakin' neighbors, all of em, but especially the two losers that sit outside all day near the front entrance and BS with everyone. I can't get to my car without these guys making stupid comments, I have to use the back entrance to take my dog out just to avoid these ****s. They're so damn annoying, I can't do anything in peace anymore.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
The reason is because EA doesn't know how to make a truly sim experience. It's been years. Guys need to accept that the biggest name in sports video gaming just can't do what they want.
They make the games they make.

Then you'd think it would be easy to just turn NBA Live into NBA Street.

Some weird people out there. I mean they have every right to do it, but it just seems creepy to me.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
When sports fans spout that whole, "oh, you hate him if you're playing against him but you'd love him if he was on your team" garbage.
No. No I wouldn't. One of the most overused, wholly inaccurate, trite, nonsensical comments in the sports world.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
But that's not what I'm saying or asking. Make the game as arcadey as they feel They need to. But, give us sliders that do what they say. Give us options. Let us be able to edit fighters. Then I can make the game into whatever I want it to be. All of that is present in other games. Why not any MMA game? Especially with this being their second go round of one.

Yeah I know what you're saying and I agree. But what I'm saying is they can't or won't.
Making it arcadey is what they know. What you want, they can't or won't do. It's frustrating.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I'll just start a trend of angry emails and tweets. That'll get them to regard me.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I think EA is capable of making a sports sim, but when you're selling millions upon millions of copies of semi-sim games, why risk it? It frustrates us, but the general population eats it up.
It used to crack me up at my last job. I'd come to OS and read everyone rip Madden to pieces. Then I'd go to work and listen to the guys there (who were knowledgeable sports fans) praise it as the best game ever.Comment

It really grinds my gears when I send someone I know an email or text message and they just completely ignore it and never reply back
