That every single day at an intersection is a mess if there is no traffic light. It seriously baffles me how so many people do no understand how intersection work. No one ever pulls all the way up so that neither person is blocking each other's view like the law says to do. It seems like it would be common sense. Everything on the road is done on the right side, but people seem to think you must switch it all up and stay on the left side at intersections.
It also is bad when 2 people are trying to cross the opposite way across a 4 lane road and both people just need to pull straight ahead, stay right and they won't be blocking each other's view. Even if one is pulling onto the road and the other is going straight across the 4 lanes. It allows both parties to see the traffic clearly and turn around each other if needed. I almost got into a wreck the other day because I was pulling straight ahead and the other guy turned straight in front of me causing me to nail the brakes.
And anytime I pull all the way up to make a left turn, everyone just gets confused and sits in the turn lane and blocks my view when they only need to pull past my car and do what I am doing.
This is the type of intersection I am talking about.
