For me it's 2K12 crashing on start up every single time on my PC. Potentially the greatest sports game of our time is just sitting there begging to be played and I can't get it to work!

This is probably the closest I have come to replacing the current classic quote in my sig.

On another note, what grinds my gears is not being informed of things you should know/should be told at work, only to then find them out at the most inconvenient of times (aka with 5 minutes left in your shift) and you're the one left feeling like an idiot.
