        1. When go to drink something and it goes down the wrong way and you choke on it. Yeah that just happened to me.

        2. When you have a very good idea, but before you can do it or write it down, the phone rings and afterwards you forget what your good idea was.

I'm not a city guy, I live in a small town in mid-Ohio where I drive on back roads 90% of the time. I did drive in Chicago once though when we went there to visit family, and city driving was maybe the worst experience of my life. I swear I thought I was going to wreck about 10 different times in this 5 minute drive lol. Everybody just goes where they want, when they want, and make unexpected move and make you try your best not to hit them lol.

Want to know what is even worse then big city drivers ? When they come to a mountainous state like Vermont and they get scared as hell going over, around and through the mountains. They ride their brakes hard and literally be going 20 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Especially at night time. Because out here we have very little street lights on our roads and highways. So when the sun goes down, it be DARK. Most people can't handle that type of driving coming from a major city background.

Yeah, that's why when I get near the bottom of the box I reach in and scoop the cereal out with my hand instead of pouring it out.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

Within 5 minutes of each other yesterday...

Someone came to a complete stop in front of me AT A GREEN LIGHT. And it wasn't just changed, we were cruising 55 MPH down a relatively major road in my city and they just stopped. I saw them put their brakes on, so I thought they were going to make a quick right into a center that I was going into, too. Nope. Just complete stop. Laid on the horn, they got the point...

Then someone banged a U-turn right in the middle of the road after I turned about a mile down that road. Right in my face. I dropped speed to compensate, so they made it with some room to spare, but if I was flying or not paying attention, **** could have gotten real.

WHY DO PEOPLE TRY TO KILL ME ON A DAILY BASIS?

People driving 25 in a 35 zone then going 35 in the 25 zone right after it. I see it everyday on my way to work.

My wife does this to me all the time. She'll call me on the phone and the second I answer it she says, "Can you hold on a second?" Leaving me stranded on the phone.
