I don't agree with the "play metallica" part cause I can't stand that song or the AC/DC one but it's really annoying hearing the same songs in every stadium/arena in the country. If it's not the same classic rock it's some extremely old, overplayed rap song.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -

Or new, overplayed pop song. Specifically one created by a certain Korean singer.Last edited by sydrogerdavid; 02-02-2013, 02:04 PM.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
But is it fair to blame employees who are used to hitting 91 before dialing regular numbers with area codes on a regular basis to forget that before coming across the need to dial a 1-800 number?
I agree, making the mistake on multiple occasions would be a problem, but I don't see how it couldn't be an honest mistake either. Using 91 to dial out is pretty dumb.
All you're doing is adding a 9 to the beginning. It isn't rocket science to know you don't need to dial two 1s.--
Have you ever wanted to coach or play basketball at the next level, but something prevented you from achieving that dream? Fret no more. Ask me about SimWorld Hoops to see how you can create your virtual self, and follow your path from the prep-level to the pros.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Dumb IT Departments.
I've worked with some dumb people in my lifetime, but this one takes the cake.
My wife's IT Dept just upgraded to VoIP phones.
Thing is, they programmed the phones, so in order to dial out.. you have to dial "91"
Guess how many times people called the cops?
Worst part? Their IT refuse to change it and has told people that if they accidently call the line, they should stay on and tell the dispatcher that they dialed by mistake.
Most idiotic thing I've ever heard of.
2. That's not uncommon at all. My high school, college and where I now work you have to dial 9 to get out and then 1 if it's long distance. Google "dialing 9 to get outside" and you get 32.5 million results...
IT/Telecom departments can only dumb it down so much for employees who don't know how to do basic technology functions for their job.Last edited by SuperBowlNachos; 02-02-2013, 04:53 PM.Comment

Random network issues that disconnect games on NBA 2K13 (PS3)
No lag, no nothing, and out of nowhere, there's a sudden network issue that allows gameplay to be cut short? BS.Comment

Cab drivers who are too talkative and eager to get a conversation going. I know it helps with the tips, and keeping the job relatively upbeat. But seriously lets just get through this thing with as little unnecessary small talk as possible and keep it moving.
Took a cab to from the airport and after I told my destination the guy didnt say a word the whole ride. Extra tip just for the peace and quiet.Comment

Speaking of the gym, old men who feel like they are supposed to walk around naked in the locker room is the worst thing about going to a gym.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

I can't stand how gyms can be so territorial. Where I go, you have guys who will leave their protein shakes/water at the bench press, but will be working out across the room. It's like a dog pissing to mark it's territory; you don't dare move their stuff or you'll get the stink-eye.Twitter - @I_am_Mr_MillerComment
