So some guy flips on his turn signal and I take that as a sign I can cross. Nope. He starts honking his horn and throwing a tirade from inside his vehicle.
I couldn't hear anything he said but I stood there just pointing at his turn signal. Not sure he got it.
He finally turned it off after going straight through another intersection a block away.
Yep.

Glad I am not the only one who has noticed this! So now we have to name any snow storm headed for the east coast? Just like we have to listen to everything about anything to do with their sports teams on ESPN? Lame.Comment

Every time I turn it to TWC, all I see is a white car in the middle of a flood with a guy hanging from a helicopter rescuing a lady who didn't happen to know better than drive through a river that just suddenly appeared. And there's always an overpass in the background.
TWC has gone the same route as MTV.EXPERIENCE MAYHEM FOOTBALLComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I was third in line to the cashier. I noticed the guy in front of me complaining to the lady in front of him. I start focusing on the lady at the checkout. She is in the face to the cashier regarding coupons and her cart isn't emptied, yet. She is unorganized, her coupons aren't cut out, she just hands the whole piece of paper to the cashier.
The guy and I are still talking, he's blaming the coupon lady for not caring about other people's time and I'm also blaming WallyWorld for not opening up another register.
Finally, looks like a supervisor comes over and the cashier is rapping with the supervisor. After 10 minutes, the supervisor opens up the next register. This moves me to the guy ahead of me. We were both talking to the supervisor and he said, he tells customers if they are holding up the line, but he said it's a double edged sword because they are understaffed.
I say, don't get to the point where you are understaffed. A busy Sunday and 3/4 of the registers were closed.
Moral and note to self: Never go to Wallyworld on Friday night, Saturday or Sunday.Comment

I guess they got to do something for ratings. That said, I can't tune into the weather channel and see what the actual weather is going to be for my area.

5 o'clock shadows. They're just annoying. I want either none or a lot of facial hair. Not in the middle.

I think this applies to many days of the week. My Wallyworld never has a moment that there isn't a ton of people crammed inside.

Also, this has to be the worst captcha series ever. http://random.irb.hr/signup.php . I'd never be able to register for that site without lots of practice.
The more common captcha system (with 2 words) the 2nd word doesn't matter half the time, if it's kinda off-the-wall. You can type in the first word correctly and whatever you want for the 2nd and it will let you through.badComment
