What grinds my gears is when Jeff Fisher says the same canned things whenever the Titans lose.

If you answer with an actual celeb you either get "oh so you've been thinking about her" or a comparison as to what that celeb has that is different from your girlfriend. Ugh.

I really hate all hypothetical questions, because I know somehow they will lead to some sort of problem.

Thats why you say "I abstain from answering the question, because no good will come out of whatever I choose to say."

Also, during our basketball game last night, our coach was commenting on how we couldn't get a rebound and we needed someone who could box out. This one sophomore's like "coach, I can box out". It's like dude, please. Stop trying so hard.
That cuts both ways I think. When I played our coach kept stressing stop the sideline drive, stop the sideline drive. I said "I'll do it" one more sideline drive later he puts me in and I block the shot and deflect it off of the shooter, momentum changes, we win.

Coach once got upset with us because no one was scoring points. I stood up from the end of the bench closest to the crowd (I think I even bought tickets) and told him, "I can score, coach!"

He proceeded to hand me his daughter and I told her to mow the lawn.

I'm all about honesty, and in particular re: a serious relationship. I strive to tell the truth in everything I say.

The other night the gf is giving me a survey. One of the questions was: If you could have sex and your significant other would never find out, would you? The next question was the same except it included a celeb of my choice.

Put the pieces together, gentlemen. It sucks.
I hope you didn't answer that baitful female question man

I did that for awhile, abstaining from any question starting with "what if". Then something really bad happened in her family, her dad at the time was near death. She asked a what if question and i decided to make an exception and answered it to comfort her, then little questions started creeping back in, like "what if I liked red meat instead of not liking it". Now it's back to that awesome part where I get many of those questions a night. There are times I wonder if women can actually just appreciate not knowing answers to some things. I don't know a lot of things, maybe I'll think about it but I won't stress over something like "if my hair was blonde instead of black, would you be any more attracted to me" because it can't happen, so why even worry about it?

I hate shopping for my gf for christmas/anniversary/birthday. All of the ideas I come up with are functional things or like movies. My gf's birthday is oct 9, our anniversary is oct 12, and my birthday is oct 14. So we just celebrate everything together like a mini christmas. I go out and get her a nice robe, slippers, some chocolates, a Nicholas Sparks book, and plan to watch one of her favorite movies by the fire. So I'm thinking, this is good, it makes it look like I put so much into this and everything. Now, having gone to cedar point and several amusement parks, we always wanted to get some kind of drawing or something of us together. Turns out she finds somebody to do it, and it is incredible. She gets me a rare edition of a book I really wanted, and my favorite chocolates among other things. Now, her gifts just crush mine. The robe was 100 bucks, in total I spent about 200, and she just crushed me. Everything was so well thought out and everything. And now for christmas, what are things I come up with, things like clothes, movies, etc. Anyways, I just hate it when you feel like you went all out, and she upstages you.
