I actually Work at the Olive Garden, but I won't be biased...I think its not too bad, could be better, could be worse...It all depends on how well the place is managed...We have ours pretty well and it runs smooth, but some of the ones around ours are horrible...

I only go to Olive Garden to get the unlimited pasta bowl. They only have it for a month or two out of the year. For only $9, I would say its pretty good. Wouldn't go there for anything else though.

I only manage to finish a couple bowls though, because Im mostly eating those damn bread sticks while waiting forever for the server to refill my bowl of pasta.

The food is overrated. The breadsticks are ok and I like the salad. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Everytime I'm there I get terrible service. It's funny, i always think its just that server but it ends up everytime I go I get bad service. It's probably managment with messed up priorities.

I only go there if someone from another place does not have an Olive Garden and they are dying to try it because they always see commercials for it. I rather take em to a family owned italian retraunt which is WAY better food or Buca di Beppo.

Unlimited Pasta Bowl is around the same time every year...around Beginning of Sept. -Middle of Oct.

Sbarro sucks. Greasy pizza, pasta about one step above Chef-Boy-R-Dee.

Not sure how common they are in the states but when we go to Orlando every year, next door to us at the hotel is a pizza place called sbarro. They do great pasta.

Olive garden should be banned in New York! Its a disgrace towards Italian food. As far as Sbarro goes, its a good thing Mr. Sbarro sold his company. He knew to get out!

My Italian co-worker proclaimed that no self-respecting Italian would eat at Olive Garden. Fortunately I live in NYC, where I can go to Little Italy for authentic Italian cuisine. For Olive Garden, since the food you're getting usually comes out of a microwave oven (doesn't mean it tastes bad, but you're not getting fresh stuff either) , should not charge the prices that they're charging, with or without salads or breadsticks.

This is offtopic but there's this one place that does really authentic Mexican food, I don't know if it's everywhere but it's called Taco Bell.
