On Monday, me and my girl finally got married Nice wedding, about 280 poeple (70% of them don't really know), great music (mostly 60's, 70's & 80's). The only problem was that I was sick and had fever (felt bad until this afternoon but now it's better).

Congratulations!!!

Might I say though... that was 260 people too many.

Pardon my asking but i'm assuming it was a Jewish wedding I hear that the groom (or is it the bride) has to crush a glass with their foot to make it final.

Did that happen or am I out to lunch here?

U're right, to make it official the groom needs to break a glass - actually a glass thet u use to drink water from - not a dangerous glass, of course (and it's wrapped with aluminum paper around it so there's no mess). Just before the end of the ceremony the Rabbi tells u to repeat what he says (it's about Jerusalem) and at the end u're told to break the glass with your heel (the shoe's heel) and everybody yells: Mazel Tov!!! Not sure if any of u happened to be aroud Jewish people while a glass is getting shattered or something, but usually they all yell Mazel Tov!! That's pretty annoying

Actually we can get married on every day, unless if it's saturday or Friday (but a lot of people get married on Friday afternoon - and it's usually a lot cheaper ).
There are some days like Yom Kipur and other special days that we can't get married on, but usually most of the week is fine.
I know it all sounds weird to u guys, I can understand that.

Actually nothing really changed for us because we've been living together for a year and a half and all that, and except for my parents getting to know hers - it's just about the same. I guess the change will come when there's a roster update (aka kids)...
