For me it's always been the Charlie Brown Christmas special... Although I must admit, it feels a little weird watching it on ABC instead of CBS... I guess I miss the constant advertisements for Cadbury and York Peppermint Patties...

"A Christmas Story." The greatest Christmas movie ever made, by far.

          "A Charlie Brown Christmas."

"Santa Claus is Coming to Town."

          "Frosty the Snowman."

          "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."

          Take care,

Re: X-Mas Shows & Movies You Always Watch

My family has a tradition of watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation every Christmas Eve dinner. Such a great movie, and after all these years, it's still great to watch with the family. Plus, right after Thanksgiving, when I am visiting my parents, me and my dad always bust out the "Eddie" lines from Christmas Vacation. "Sh*tter was full!"

Aside from that, all the animated specials (Rudolph, Charlie Brown, etc.), and most of all, Garfield's Christmas Special. When I was a kid, I watched that nonstop after Thanksgiving. Well, about 10 years ago I lost the VHS it had always been taped on, but a couple years ago at Best Buy, I found a copy of Garfield's Holiday Specials. I was the happiest man alive.

Oh, and BTW, I HATE Christmas Story. Call me anti-Christmas all you want, but I literally can't stand it. Probably doesn't help that my whole family isn't big on the movie either.

A Christmas Story has been the only consistent movie I've watched almost my entire life. I like Christmas movies though, so if it comes up, I'll watch it but I always look for A Christmas story.
