I sure hope not. There is one user whom posted multiple times in their thread over there that is the reason I left that website to begin with. Good to know he hasn't changed I suppose.

Your guess is as good as mine. I doubt it, but I'm not really sure. Like EG mentioned, many of those guys are former banned posters from here. I hope that we won't let them back in because seeing some posts over there shows me that they: A). Haven't changed much. B). Still hold a grudge because they were banned for doing something they shouldn't have done. C Would only cause problems over here. I want no parts of those users.

Seriously, lets be honest for a minute just how many of us are former banned OS guys? Its not like DSM is a land where the banned posters from elsewhere go to live out their days.

From the OS point of view, I don't think it has anything to do with who the "superior board" is. I think it has to do with our opinion of people over there when they start saying things like what was said in that thread. Can you really blame us for not wanting people to post here, whom among other things, call us idiots and say we are boring?

Im from MM but ive posted here sparingly since i play a ton of nba2k8 and heard this was a good spot for info,etc. I'll be cool with the merger as long as we can get some good sim leagues going.

I don't want any part of them either. I also missed out on any specific benefits for both sites in that clarification. What is the point of the "merging"?

I've been banned from MM years ago, but your site used to be more strict than this site apparently is. Just reading the merger post linked in this post shows me the site is opened up and allows more colorful language to be used. I wouldn't mind OS getting rid of the swear jar, as it's the dicks that ruin a site and get banned, not guys that use profanity.

I haven't been to that site in years, and we didn't get informed until today. The first post I've read since then was that merger thread full of people bitter or overly critical of an internet message board for some reason or another.
