    Re: Car Question...

I'd demand to be let out of the agreement, give them their f'd up car back, get back any money that you have put into the car, and then take my business elsewhere.

First, I would go to a professional auto body shop and get someone to state in writing exactly what is wrong with the car and the causes of the problems.

BTW, what dealer did you go to, JD Byrider?

So we are right back where we started, a brand new car that looks like we've been through the autowash at BP 25 times. We're calling Mitsubishi today since the dealership "doesn't see what we are talking about." Oh yea, the sales rep had the audacity to tell me that its Mitsubishi's paint that looks like that...Are you f(*@# kidding me?
They know nothing about cars unless the car has been sitting on the lot for about 6 months. You don't wax a new paint job, it will ruin it. Call any paint/auto body shop and ask how long you should wait until waxing a car after it has been painted. Then ask the idiots there at the dealership. Tell them if you don't get your money back or a new car you will be notifying the BBB and find out who over regulates car dealerships in your state. Also contact Mitsubishi and notify them of the dealerships practices and not knowing anything about cars. They will hurt Mitsubishi in your area if they have idiots working on cars for the warranties and paying customers.

Also contact your insurance company and the financing company as they may be able to help you with your State laws and if not, they should be able to point you to the right people. The Dealership doesn't care now because they have your money unless the check didn't clear yet.
