This really sux for me.....

Well this really sux for me, I'm am very healthy and I don't get sick really much at all. So about 3am thursday morning I woke up really hot, I took my temp and it was borderline 105.0, I really couldn't move, I know people say go to the hospital if it's thats hi, but I didn;t and I my girl get me was tylenol and tried to sleep it off. The temp went down when I awoke and I now had this really bad cough, my eyes were hurting me and my body felt like it had sunburn, and just really bad body aches all over. I stayed out of work on thusday, and I kinda thought it was a quick passing bug or something, so I went to work this morning and tries to tough it out, but I had to leave, I went to my doctor and I have walking Pneumonia, I feel like crap, I never had Pneumonia in my life...Also to top it all off I used to smoke cigarettes, I quiTE a month ago, and now did something great for my body by doing so and now I get this.

Ive had Pneumonia before, not fun at all. Once when i was 14 after we were having a snowday and playing in the snow all day, 2nd time was 2 years ago.

1st time it wasnt bad, i was sick for a week.

Last time it was horrible, out for 6 weeks. First 4 weeks were hell, i didnt get off the couch too much for 2 weeks, the next 2 were almost as bad, coughing, wheezing, fever, pain. The last 2 werent terrible mostly coughing and wheezing and trying to get my breath was a bitch.

Not sure how long you smoked for but its possible your body is just trying to adjust and it broke down while doing so, causing this. Ive heard this with a few people i knew after they quit.

LOL....I'm still here, My temp is now at it's regular state, I just couldn't move, I didn't wanna go anywhere.

I felt like that after eating some old lunch meat. Pretty much the worst night of my life.

False. Herpes and the like, yes. HIV is extremely rare in the business these days.
