Re: UFO Sighted in Texas?

I know two different people in Cali (Sacramento), that saw this "event" on 1/26/08. Both shared almost the exact same story, claiming to have seen it around 5:40pm (Pacific time) on 1/26/08.
They both told me about the sighting the next day (1/27/08), before this news story even broke. Which leads me to believe what they are telling me is real.
What do you guys think? What did they (and everyone else who saw it) see?Comment

Re: UFO Sighted in Texas?
UFO's and martian (green googly eyed) aliens are bullish. I believe that there is life on other planets but the notion that they are visting us as green googly eyed monsters is ridiculous. If your rebuttal is something like well how do you explain everyone's sightings. People will do anything for attention. aircraft/clouds/other natural phenomena can easily be misconceived as UFOs. People crave attention. How many people have you seen doing the macarena in public when it comes on? exactly."Sports is human life in microcosm."

It may not have been a Extraterrestrial UFO, but they sure as hell saw something which has yet to be explained.
Edit: I want to expand on my "your post is null" comment. I am not in the position to tell anyone that they have to believe in ET life, nor can I tell people they have to believe ET has visited Earth. However, I can say that your "witnesses do it for attention" comment is not valid in this situation. Like I said earlier, it may not have been a true ET UFO (I think it might be), but whatever those people saw has been verified by the data within the MUFON radar report.Last edited by Double Eights; 07-11-2008, 05:37 PM.Comment

I'm not saying I know what she saw, but I know that she saw something and believed it was a UFO by its symptoms (large aircraft making no sound, shone lights that didn't give off light on the ground, etc.).
I mean, you guys just don't know my mom. She's like... she makes sure our upstairs bathroom window is closed so nobody hops the fence and over a thorn bush on the side of our house, takes a ladder and climbs 15 - 20 some-odd feet, cuts the screen, and manages to fit through a 2.0 x 0.8 foot space without being heard by any of the five people in our house that sleeps upstairs. If we don't do that, she freaks out.
Even funnier... we have a guinea pig that we let out of her cage to run in the family room, but we use a slab of cardboard as a barrier so she doesn't go into the kitchen. Well, tonight she called me out in the room and was like, "I think someone was in our house! I swear I took the cardboard out, went upstairs to get the vacuum, and came back down and it's not here. It's gone!" I check where she normally leaves it, under the couch, and there it was.
She has a strange sense of paranoia, and while she may suspect of something but be totally wrong, if she speaks of her seeing something, she most definitely doesn't lie about it. I know I've posted about this stuff before, but people just want to laugh at me. I mean, if you are to believe that anybody saw a UFO in her life, believe her. Believe what I am telling you.Last edited by Blzer; 07-12-2008, 02:35 AM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
