I generally feel safe at home. I live in a pretty good neighborhood, and in a pretty secure apartment complex. Same in my car. I feel i am a very good drive and my car is pretty safe. as far as on the street there are some spots in Akron i wouldn't go near.

How safe do you feel?
With all the sensationalized media reports of death and destruction do you feel safe? They make you feel like if you go outside you are gonna die. Do you feel safe in your home? in your car? on the street?

Re: How safe do you feel?
I feel pretty safe where I live. The area where i'm living is quite residential and there doesn't seem to be much crime.
Now, my last place of residence wasn't nearly so safe. One time I came home from the mall (I walked there) about 3 hrs after I came home I heard someone was shot and killed at said mall. Pretty freaky knowing that the place you've been just 3 hrs earlier someone died.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Anytime I go through the Midtown Tunnel during the morning rush (which isn't often), I get a little spooked. That's about it.xbl gamertag: jiggidyjames72Comment

I feel safe everywhere I go. Of course, I am a badass and the news makes me laugh more than it scares me.

Re: How safe do you feel?
Yes, I feel safe at home (nice suburban neighborhood).
Yes, I feel safe in my car (I lookout for other drivers and have avoided accidents by anticipating what other idiots do. Example - 4 way intersection and the light turned green for me. Instead of just going, I paused and looked both ways one last time. An eighteen wheeler went flying through a red light and would have t-boned me and killed me if I hadn't paused).
Yes, I feel safe on the street (see #1).Comment

Re: How safe do you feel?
College Park isn't the safest place in the world, but it's not that bad. I've got little fear in my apartment as we've got electronically locked doors and my location in the apartment.
I only drive around in the area during the day for the most part. However, at night the threat of car jacking is pretty real.
On the street at night I'm not visibly shaking, but I'm not doing anything stupid.Comment
