Instructions for Facebook stalking

Situation: There is some hot girl you know that you want to see pictures of.

Problem: You are not in their league and thus aren't friends, and her profile is on private.

Solution:

1. Find their facebook ID. This can be done by right-clicking on their profile image. The address will be something like "http://profile.ak.facebook.com/profile5/1119/25/q1234567890_111.jpg", and the bolded part is their ID.

2. Find one of their friend's facebook IDs. Simply click on "View Friends" and repeat the above process on their profile image.

3. Enter the following url into your web browser "http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1234567&id=[Person’s Friend’s ID]&op=1&view=all&subj=[Person’s ID]", replacing the brackets obviously.

4. Browse photos using the "next" and "previous" buttons as if you are actually friends.

Posting some of the discovered pics could really get this thread going. I'll leave that as an exercise for the reader.

I have reasons for doing something like this, though. As you may know, some names are very common, and maybe they don't have their college listed, but only their high school. Furthermore, their profile picture has them so small that the thumbnail version makes it impossible to see if it is them. That said, I have (many times) sent out friends requests to people that I thought were school mates but turned out to be complete strangers. This is all due to their profile being private.

This will help me out a lot. Thanks.


P.S. When the guys at Facebook find out about this loophole, they will find a way to cover it up. I guarantee it. Abuse it while you can.

This is what I think most people are doing.

I thought about it when I was using my friends ID to mess with him and sign him up for stupid applications and then wondered what else I could substitute IDs for.

I don't have to worry about the man Hanson though because the girls are all 18+. I'm covered.
