To be fair, this may have had a lot to do with BoA as well.

My friend seems to always get his account put on hold due to "excessive withdrawals" at the worst times. You know their answer?

"There's nothing we can do for you right now, sir."

Great customer service.

Indeed BoA does indeed suck. My wife has an account their and she has those same issues. They are never able to do anything.

I see his frustrations and would never switch over to BoA just because of that.

Well they did take care of the problem for me last night, but I really think the guy who did just felt bad for me and did something he really wasn't supposed to do. Overall BOA is considerably better than Fleet (whom they bought out), Fleet was a nightmare of a bank.

I've noticed lately with BOA if you overdraw your account, you get to the end of the day to rectify it and not get charged any fees. That has saved me a few more times than I would have liked.

We did end up booking our vacation this afternoon. We used Expedia, who's website is a beast to navigate through but otherwise has great rates. Anyway, in 2 weeks we'll be in sunny Orlando for 4 days and 3 nights. We're going to go to Universal Studios one day, do some Pirate Ship dinner thing, and then amuse ourself in other ways.

Some hotel with the name Swan in it. It isn't very highly rated but is in a central location and was cheap. We decided we'd save on the hotel so we could do more activities, such as a Universal Studios and the Pirate dinner.
