    **sigh**

Couldn't help myself, picked up the IV's this morning online. They just look too good. Everyone sweats the Black Cement III's but I've always liked these more.

This SHOULD be my last Jordan purchase ever, we'll see what the V's bring next year. Never been a huge fan of the fives so if I get through 2013 I'll be free forever!

I was able to cop the Bred 4's online from NDC with no problems at all. I was waiting for the tweet link to go live and after about 2 minutes, I figured I check the site myself and there it was. I panicked and forgot to log in though, so I had to pay for shipping.

But to be honest, after the Royal Blue 1's and the Grape 5's next year, I may just walk away from the Jordan/shoe game for a while... It just hasn't been the same the past couple years. I used to always be so hyped when I'd cop a pair of J's, but I noticed especially after the Olympic 6's and the Bred 4's released that I wasn't all that excited... Maybe it's because I know that I'll probably wait a couple years before I can wear them or else everyone else would be wearing the same shoes as you.

It'll be interesting to see where JB goes from here, well more like where they go about a year from now. The XI's have all retroed in the last four years and the Holy Trinity of Jordans (3's-5's) will have all been retroed as well. Enough people will still go for the 6's even though they've been retroed recently but this generation of sneakerheads (and annoying kids) will have gotten a chance to purchase most of the legendary Jordans.

Everything is cyclical, so does JB see a big decline in popularity starting in 2014? I know they still have an ace up their sleeve and can re-retro everything with top notch materials again and charge $250-$300 retail per release. I think it'll happen eventually, JB would be foolish not to.

Yeah I could see them doing that too. But no matter what they come out with they will still have a ton of buyers. Just think about how many kids in grade school right now are wishing they could get the chance to buy the shoes they want when they get older like their big brothers or sisters are doing. Buyers nowadays are proving to them that they don't need to come out with the best quality in order to sell.

Just read that the Jordan brand will be naming this years model XX8 instead of 2013. I prefer numbering them, so I'm happy they are going back to the numbers!

I like them. But that's just me. I like them unzipped.

They remind me if the "Gloves" from back in the day.

They're cool I'd just wear them unzipped. Though I guess there's some new research Bout that high ankle sneakers now. First Under Armour and now Jordan brand.

Zipped up, they look like the Cam Newton's that Under Armour did for him.

Meanwhile, the biggest Hustler in the world, Michael Jordan, is somewhere saying to himself "I can get a Ziplock bag and throw a Jordan logo on there and people will still flock and wait in line to buy it". That's how I feel about these.

Russell Westbrook will be wearing those tomorrow, according to his Instagram.

I'm sorry, but those are ugly as hell. After the XIVs, Jordan's became irrelevant to me.

Just watched a video about these...I'm sold! I love the technology behind them, and they look sweet on the feet!

Just saw they are retailing at $250. I guess up here in Canada, I'm looking at $299.

To each his own but hot damn. They look like some snow boots made from Nike Dri Fit material.
