What's up, KG? How are the tongues on your IV's? Mine are ridiculously high, much higher than the White Cement IV's. I feel like I won't ever want to wear them with shorts they're so damn high. Looking ridiculous.

They are surprisingly comfy though, probably the most comfortable retro in the last 3-4 years.

What up ehh. The tongue on the Bred's is higher than my Cements but not the Fire Red's (sorry PPM for the use of common names, lol) which is very weird but yeah, they are by far the most comfortable of the retro J's I have including the III and XIs. I feel like the tongue makes it look weird with jeans but not sweatpants.

I have a choice between the two Friday, I really want the rain boots.

Just for the price l, I'm afraid their too girly and can only where them on rainy days.

On the other hand I need a pair of J's, missed out on the breds and cool greys due to getting them for my son & girlfriend.

It depends on how much you really want those Bred 13's. If you're not too sure about them and really need rain boots, maybe look into a different brand to rock during the rainy days...

If you made me choose between those two though I'd definitely go with the Bred 13s. The Burberry-like pattern on the boots IS kind of girly in MY opinion (and I'm just being honest!)

I'd go with the breds so you could be like, "I got them J's though!"

And the pattern on the boots is too girly man. Maybe you could post another pic of different boots
