For me Charcoal!!!!!! A standard Charcoal BBQ Grill. Although I never bought a high end grill. The propane grills ignites never work that long...

This isn't BBQ restaurants, this is about BBQ grills you can buy and put in your backyard.

Stamey's is nice, but it isn't the best.

As for the poll, I've always had a Weber and loved it, so it gets my vote.
