    I love spontaneous stuff...

I ran into this one kid I graduated with at a gas station and he asked me if I wanted to go to WVU with him to pick my one friend who goes there up, so I was like what the hell and went. We watched the WVU-Colorado game at my friend's buddie's dorm, and everything after was hilarious. There were hundreds upon hundreds of people in downtown Morgantown chanting "**** Bill Stewart" at the top of their lungs for at least an hour. Couldn't go to a club and drink though because my one friend didn't have an ID, so I stayed sober

Wait, you watched a football game in Morgantown and stayed sober? How is that even possible?

I love how all of the WV fans who sucked off Bill Stewart after beating the worst big game coach in America are now turning on him. It is even better as a Nole fan knowing they'd kill for Jimbo Fisher right about now.

We had nowhere to go...I was pissed. I would've liked to have enjoyed myself while I was here, but no big, off to PSU for the Michigan game in a few weeks.

As for WVU though, the place is pretty sick...10 times better than BGSU was.

Ok, so I'm working on this paper for my sociology of crime class...need to turn it in by 5....

Would date rape be considered forcible rape or more like statutory rape? Basically the situation I'm working with is where a guy had sex with a girl who was passed out at a party. So I don't think there was anything "forcible" about it, but I'm not sure if that qualifies it as statutory...I need to know because I have to compare it with some statistics and statutory and forcible are in two different categories.

I figured you might know, not because you are a rapist....but because you are a lawyer.

Had two girls quit our touch football team today. One is pregnant and other said she is too busy. Gonna have to get the team to do some recruiting to get some more girls.

As for installers, i've never had any problems with any installers of any kind. I guess i'm just lucky that way

Well it depends on a lot of things. First if she is above the age of consent then it wouldn't be statutory rape, if she is below the age of consent then it would automatically be stat rape, but could also be rape by force. Force is typically defined as meaning any amount of effort to complete the crime, as such the act of penetration would constitute with force.

Statutory rape is simply any sexual contact with a minor. Since they cannot consent to sexual relations statutorily speaking it is automatically rape since it was sex without consent. Forcible rape on the other hand is any rape involving the use of force, however slight.

Nashville has so many stations with no gasoline. I waited 30 minutes just to get gas today. Long lines everywhere that gas is available.

I'm very interested in getting it, man. The Suns are on TV like, 25 times this year but I'm thinking about getting it to watch all of them. I wish the NBA had some sort of NBA.tv thing like baseball does.
