To be fair, we're not encouraging anyone to commit any unlawful acts, talking about drugs doesn't violate any law, people can actually talk about this topic (unlike politics) without turning it into an idiotic flame war, people's feelings won't get hurt, and I talk about my "drug use" in public places. Think that about covers anything pertaining to drug use in the TOS. It is no where near as volatile a topic as politics because no one will get their feelings hurt if they are called a "stoner" like they would if you called them out on their politics, government, etc. And if you want to cut down on the drug talks, underage drinking needs to be enforced the same way, since that is just about on the same level as talking about smokin' weed. Just my $.02.
Not to mention, hopefully in a couple of weeks possession of marijuana won't be a criminal offense, anymore.
