Today marks my first day of full-time employment.
    Blind to this impending fate
We let the world carry our weight
It's back breaks with every mile
But we all live in denial

Speaking of audio cassettes I used to hate it when the tape recorder/tape deck would chew my tapes up! I'd have to spend a good 20 minutes trying to roll the tape back into the cassette and hope that the audio quality is nearly the same again!

Ah, the good ol' days right fellas?

Anywho, I watched Brannigan this morning. I'll save space here and give my thoughts on it on my blog sometime today.

Acid, why didnt you sack-up and ask the chick out...it sounds like you had some pretty ripe opportunities last nite.

As for the interaction/teasing from her friends, it sounds like she mentioned something to them about you being interested in her...I think you said it came out that you were diggin her, I could be mistaken though.

Judging from your description it seems like the chick may be interested back, and that she was waiting for you to ask her out...you need to take the plunge and do it, otherwise your just wasting both of your time.

After going three-for-three in things I wanted to do yesterday, I figure this making lists things is good...

          1) Second round of Christmas Shopping in the Campus Bookstore
          2) Do the take-home portion of my Criminology final (which I need to do amazing on)
          3) Study for the in-class portion of my Criminology final (Again, need a good grade)

I want to be done with all of that by...3pm. Let's see how this goes.

I just wrote about the problem of racism in NCAA football regarding head coaches. This stems from the whole Turner Gill/Auburn story.

BTW, I didn't find any money in a restroom. It was all a lie.

Acid, sounds like you need to ask her out. Her friend was probably dropping hints to you by doing all that.

Argh, why the hell is COBOL apart of the damn curriculum? This is not 1970. I have a final in my Sequential Prog. class and I seriously do not feel like taking it.

It's so nice to be back home with family. I'm staying at a hotel but I feel like moving back into my old room, in my parents house, for the next two weeks.

BTW, did some lonely Christmas shopping before and I went all out. I've never been a big spender but I have so much cash lying around, and this is after most of my income went into savings. So I decided that I should make others happy (I just bought myself a new truck!), for these holidays. Bought two XBOX 360's, a Wii, a PS3 and a bunch of games for the younger/teenage cousins. For the little women of the family, the same old toys and so on. Now the hunt begins for the older family members. It's tougher than just some little toys. I was thinking of a big screen for my brother but I'm not sure.

Anyways, in the end I kinda feel like Charlie Harper from Two and a Half Men. Never thought writing music could bring in such a good income.

Very cool man. Sounds like you're really enjoying your musical career and, as shown by this post, sharing the wealth a little bit too. Good for you.

Yeah, I forgot to add that I donated close to five grand to various charities/hospitals. I just love that feeling of seeing others happy. I don't know if it's just me, but I love it.

Yeah, the music career kicked off pretty good. Was about to give it all up just before I caught my break. It was a big risk, dropping out of college and moving to New York by myself, but it luckily paid off pretty darn well. Now I find myself flying to Los Angeles, back to New York and back to Montreal to visit family. It's tough but I got pretty accustomed to it.
