    ARGH!

This is so frustrating! There are people who keep calling this house asking for a Mr. Dudley. The area code where i'm living is 905, yet the people are calling a 904 number. How the hell can people regularly screw up the area code so often!?

Sometimes we get calls from people 2 or 3 times a day and usually about 4 or 5 times a week. "sigh"

A Canadian joke here would be easier than a drunken Paris Hilton

There is some tool who keeps calling my cell phone. He usually leaves these angry messages looking for someone who isn't me or my wife. I answered yesterday to "What the hell are you doing?" I was so tempted to respond with "****ing your wife" but maturity got the best of me.

Any of you guys heard of Cheerwine? I am sure some of you have not since it is more of a Carolina drink. I never had heard of it in West Virginia and had never seen it, but it is down here. I don't like it either, however.

I came across this on another site today, it is a breakdown of the average LSAT (Law School Admissions Test) score by major, most recently updated in 2003-04.

          The top 3:
          1. Physics/Math
          2. Philosophy/Religion
          3. Economics

          The bottom 3.
          26. Education
          27. No Major Given (not counting this)
          28. Prelaw
          29. Criminology

How in the hell does that happen? As it applies to me I was a Business Administration major, I scored above average for the major.

That's screwed up. You'd think people that have a prelaw major would ace the tests.

The LSAT has absolutely nothing to do with law. The LSAT is a medieval torture device to dissuade people from going into law school, but it is hilarious those basically majoring to go to law school do the worst. Given the design of the test I am not surprised Physics/Math majors do the best at all, same with the Philosophy/Religion majors.

Here is a free sample LSAT so you can see what it looks like. For some people it isn't that bad, for others it gets in their head and defeats them. I didn't do all that well on it but obviously I did well enough to get into WNEC (actually was above the 75th percentile for my program by a good margin). They say it helps predict your future likelihood of passing the bar exam, I don't buy that personally but the stats back it up.

So i have this lady friend(she's prob in her early 40's) that i met last year during our H&R Block classes, and ever since we been doing taxes here at my dads office instead of H&R(they basically rip us off with the commission). She's cool, shes a HUGE Dodgers and Lakers fan along with her daughter who is my age, so today she invites me to go to a Dodger game with her and her daughter im like cool, sure im down yadayada. Now heres the thing, her daughter flirts with me here and there we have ALOT in common, BUT im kinda "seeing" a old friend of mine from highschool...nothing serious right now but you know just chillin' with eachother and now i dunno what to do, both of these chicks are two totally different people but i enjoy chillin' with both and im kinda stuck between both and dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

If he isn't seriously dating either one I see no problem seeing both and making a more informed decision down the road.

Well thats the problem, i dont want to hurt one of them down the road and perhaps lose a good friend in the process. Like i said both are different but i really like both of them, my friends daughter i could easily chill with all day and watch sports and just act a fool with. The other i could go out with and have some pretty interesting conversations with, i've never been in this kind of situation and its kind of getting on my nerves, plus my friend really likes me and drops hints to ask her daughter out...why cant these kind of things be easy like in GTA IV.

LOL, I was actually in a similar situation in college. I was torn between a girl who was a long time friend and another girl I just met and had instant chemistry with. I chose the latter and I can honestly say it was the wrong choice in retrospect (neither was my current wife, so I guess it was the 'right' choice in the longterm).

I'm an English major and I'm planning on going to law school so it was nice to see that they didn't do terrible. I hope that my time as an English major will really help me down the road for law school.

So how did you make up your mind? was it the chemistry? or what? i guess im going to have to give both of them the "im not looking for someone right now" excuse. I have a feeling im going to end up with my friends daughter though, how could i say no to SEASON tickets for the Dodgers!? but seriously, its going to suck once i have to make that decision.

I went on "chemistry" which in retrospect was really just physical attraction. I have wondered what would have happened if I went the other way and last I knew she actually wondered the same thing. My life has turned out pretty well and I am happy. Her life is hard to say right now, she's in a relationship that is hardly healthy.
