That's terrible. I always hate the nights to mornings transistion.

Well for once this one is my fault. The managers were discussing who to ask to come in last night (Friday) to work, and without hesitation the head manager asked for me first cause he was closing and wanted to have first say. So, I figured I'd be nice and head in cause we're understaffed and I figured it'd be appreciated if I went in. I feel much better now than I usually do at this time during a night-to-morning shift weekend that I didn't volunteer for.

Went to Medieval Times tonight... some might know what it is others might not, if you don't know it is a dinner and a show in Medieval times. Knights fighting etc.

One of the Knights was a buddy of mine that was on my basketball team in high school. When they introduced the knights in the beginning and he rode out on his horse, I was like damn, I played basketball with this dude.

During the "battles", he got knocked down from his horse and I yelled get up quicks. His nickname the coach gave him. He heard me and and looked and gave me that holy crap look.

Pretty cool and random to meet a old teammate in an event like this. lol

That happened to me a couple times last winter. Always a pain in the arse!

Anywho, my house is weird. Upstairs is pretty nice and warm but the main floor is cold as ice. I think it may have to do with the insulation or the way the hallways/rooms are constructed. Oh well.....

I notice this a lot because most nights i'm sleeping in the family room watching the big screen TV

LOL, my parents house is like that. You sweat to death upstairs and downstairs you can see your breath! I always use their bathroom upstairs. No matter if it is middle of summer the toilet seat downstairs is like sitting on an iceburg.

This reminds me of a great British comedy series that I have called The Royle Family. The family is always complaining to the father that it is cold in their living room. The daughter's fiance is going to sleep over after being too drunk to drive home.

Barbara (Mother): "Are you going to be warm enough with this sleeping bag Dave?"

Jim (Father): "Those sleeping bags are made for arctic conditions!"

Denise (Daughter): "Just as well in here!"

I swear this absolutely nothing worse than going to the club, meeting a fine *** woman, and you're trying to get her number but then her fat, ugly friend comes and **** blocks the **** outta you.

There needs to be laws for this type of stuff.
