I'm pretty sure his teams have more titles in the past like 3-4 years than all the titles I've been able to celebrate in my lifetime (if you exclude cups for Arsenal).

2 EPL titles for Arsenal (they won one in 97/98 before I started watching), 1 NCAA Basketball Championship for UCLA, and that is it.

Did you start watching footy this year?

I don't understand how Robinho can be your favorite Brazilian and not Ronaldo.

I really wish I could get into soccer. There's only like one channel that shows soccer games, and I never remember to watch it. I loved watching the World Cup in 2006 and then Euro 2008. Just wish I could get into watching the leagues.

I wouldn't even know who to root for either.

As I've mentioned before, I have everyone beat by a solid margin:

            Auburn-LoL
            Washington Redskins-LoL
            Wizards-Double LoL
            Orioles-LoL

3 Superbowls, 2 World Series Titles, 1 National Championship, 1 NBA Title...

If you want to add in title games my teams lost...add another Superbowl and add 4 MLS Cups (Revolution) but who the **** cares about the MLS?

Don't think I'm missing anything else (sans a couple of pre-Championship playoff losses)...and yeah, that's all since 2001.

Man, I'm a lucky sports fan. But still...**** 'em all.

That may be true, but Bostonians are ugly and have the single most annoying accents in the world.

                        Guess I'll continue the theme:

Packers: Uhhhhhhh yea, not so good but at least A-Rod showed folks he can be successful in the league. Not bad for a Jeff Tedford coached QB
                        Nationals-Pfft.
                        Florida St-Meh
UMD Basketball-So far so good. Not disappointing me like they have in year's past although it is still early
                        Arizona-Sigh...
Nets-Doing better than I thought they would so I guess I'm ok with that.

On the other hand, it's going to be like a funeral here in the DC Area tomorrow and I'm going to absolutely love it.

I just started really appreciating the sport. Before, when I was younger, I really only watched WC. Of course I liked Ronaldo back then, he was incredible, but I was more a casual fan. When I started to 'actually' watch, he was a shell of himself.

Past couple of years, I've made more of an effort, didn't hurt having friends explain some of the league things and what not to me. I've heard of Robinho when he was very young so kind of kept track of him, and the rest was history.

Now, don't criticize me for being a late comer to the sport, damn it.

                              You root for their teams.

And when I judge cities (aside from bastard cities like Baltimore), I am including the entire state in that (California gets split in two).

That means that any derogatory thing I say about Boston counts for you too.
