Re: Trolls?
There's a difference between getting passionate about your team/view and simply being a troll hellbent on an agenda. For Milbut

Re: Trolls?
Honestly, when you stick around long enough, at first some of it may appear to be trolling, but it really isn't that bad. Right now the guys in the college football forum are not bad at all. I remember there was one last year that was kind of bad (I don't remember the name 100% so I don't want to use some other's name if I am unsure), but everybody got tired of him, not just the people or teams he was trolling against, and he hasn't really been a problem since (hope I'm not jinxing this).Comment

I'm hoping on that attitude from everyone in here. I noticed a few people going with that stance...which is promising.
As for it appearing to be trolling when it really isn't THAT bad...yeah...I could see that in some cases but childish name calling and constant condescending/agenda-ridden posting isn't hard to spot when it's done in mass.
That's the key really: in mass. Everyone has a bad day, says something that can be mistaken (hell, it's a message board) but when you see the pattern develop...it's time to run for the hills.
And like I said, frustration builds in when you go thru the trouble to make a thread only to have someone take a dump in it on a whim. For Milbut

Trust me the trolling in CFB forum is bad."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."
